Welsh Indoor Cricket champions Neyland are through to the semi-finals of the national competition, after an emphatic win over Dales of Leominster, the winners of the Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Herefordshire group.

In the Zone final, played at the Meads Sports Centre, Milford Haven the Herefordshire side were bundled out for 67, following some excellent bowling and fielding by the well-drilled and enthusiastic Neyland team.

The Pembrokeshire team reached a winning total of 68-1 without any difficulty after Paul Murray scored 21 and skipper Gregg Miller was undefeated on 19.

Edgbaston is the next stop for Neyland this Sunday, February 26, when the Pembrokeshire team will attempt to earn a place in the finals at Lord's.
