The event takes place over two days and consists of 20 stages covering the length of Wales, from Caernarfon Castle to Cardiff Castle. Stages vary in length and challenge, and the total time taken by the team is calculated to show the overall position.

Special mention must be made of Mary Bowen Rees, who was the winner of her stage. A big thank you must also be expressed to those who supported the team during the two days.
