Tenby United RFC is delighted to announce that a new main sponsorship agreement has been reached with Tenby Tourers for the present season 2016-2017. Options have also been put in place for either party to extend the agreement for a further two years.
At the official launch of the new sponsorship arrangement, Ryan Ennis (Tenby Tourers owner) said that he was “extremely proud to be the new main sponsor of Tenby United RFC and that he was looking forward to the club continuing to develop local players from its Swifts (junior) section through the Youth to the 1st XV.”
Club secretary, Alun Jones thanked Tenby Tourers for coming aboard to support the club.
“Tenby Tourers were already one of the club’s principal sponsors. However, Tenby Tourers decision to become the club’s main sponsor was very welcome and he hoped that this new relationship would continue to prosper.”
Peter James, the club’s chairman of rugby, said: “Ryan and Sharon Ennis have always had close ties with the club since they watched their son, Connor, come through the age grades of the Swifts and on to captain last season’s Youth team. Connor is now a regular member of the club’s 1st XV squad. The support of Tenby Tourers is hugely appreciated by the club.”
