Llangwm 0 Narberth 13

Narberth have progressed in the Senior Cup, following a convincing win at Llangwm last Saturday.

Llangwm started brightly, but it was Narberth who got the early goals. Morgan Preece opened the scoring, before Jordan Williams volleyed home the second and rounded the 'keeper for a third.

Narberth player/manager Matthew Price set up Morgan Preece for his second, before Richard Henton headed number five before half-time.

More goals followed in the second half as Raff Barnett made it six, before Morgan Preece completed his hat-trick. Tony Evans scored from the spot after Price had been brought down and Raff Barnett scored his second before Price set up Tony Evans for number 10.

In the final minutes, Matthew Price scored twice and Dorian Davies scored with a deflected free-kick.

Sadly, the last tackle of the game resulted in Narberth midfielder Tiago Cardoso dislocating and breaking his ankle. Narberth AFC would like to thank Llangwm AFC and referee Phil Gale for their help and assistance with the incident and all concerned wish Tiago a speedy recovery.

Tomorrow (Saturday), Narberth visit Hakin in the league.
