Last Friday, Tenby GC held a general knowledge quiz with a Christmas theme.

The scores for all the teams were very creditable. It transpired that the two bonus rounds were crucial - one being Christmas carol anagrams and the other about Christmas No. 1s.

The winning quartet were the 6 - 2s, namely Wyndham Collins, John Keohane, Steve Cole and Trevayne Keohane.

Joint second were Bart and Co comprising Richard Reed, Jan Youll, Dinah Reed and Bart Youll, together with the Hopefuls team of Gethin and Michelle Evans plus Dave and Jim Hancock.

Another enjoyable evening was had by all those who attended.

Proceeds from the quiz and raffle have been donated to Tenby GC captain, Mike Anthony’s chosen charity - Tenby and Saundersfoot Community First Responders.
