Tenby has featured in the national newspapers for two very different reasons in recent weeks, a local councillor told his fellow members at a meeting this week.

Speaking at Tuesday night’s meeting of the town council, when discussing ‘media items’ on the agenda, Clr. Trevor Hallett said that a photograph of the magnificent view of the daffodils overlooking the North Beach showing the harbour in the background had featured in the Daily Express, whilst the rescue of a young boy stuck on Goscar Rock had also made the national newspapers
