Pupils from the Priory Project will be adding a new flavour to the delights of Pembroke Dock market on Friday, January 20, when they open their stall selling a range of light refreshments, including cakes, teas, coffees and bacon sandwiches.
Having met with Clr. Brian Hall to discuss the future of the market, the pupils saw an opportunity to test out their entrepreneurial skills.
With support from teachers at the project and encouragement from Clr. Hall, the students are hoping their stall will be a success.
Any profit made will benefit the Priory Project, with a percentage also going to support the Smiles Foundation, a charity working with disadvantaged children in Romania.
