CASES before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday October 6 included a Saundersfoot man accused of raping a minor, an 80-year-old who admitted to stalking and a Tenby man who denied assaulting a woman at Pembroke Dock.
Rape trial
A SAUNDERSFOOT man accused of repeatedly raping a girl under 13 between 2012 and 2021 has been sent to Crown Court on conditional bail. The accused has not been named here to help protect the anonymity of the complainant.
The next hearing - for plea and trial preparation - has been scheduled on November 11 at Swansea Crown Court.
Stalker bailed
A TEMPLETON man, aged 80, has been remanded on conditional bail for stalking.
Colin Burlow, of Greenfields Close, ‘indicated guilty’ to pursuing a course of conduct, calling and attending a woman’s address at Templeton between April 1 and September 16, 2024 which amounted to stalking, causing serious alarm or distress, having a substantial adverse effect on her usual day-to-day activities.
He was bailed pending sentencing at Haverfordwest on October 27.
Assault denied
A TENBY man who pleaded not guilty to an assault alleged to have taken place at Pembroke Dock has been bailed to appear at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on November 12.
Bail conditions prohibit the man - who has not been named here to help protect the anonymity of the witnesses - from entering a certain road and premises in Pembroke Dock.
Café burglary
A TEEN charged with trespassing and stealing £150 in cash from the Marina Café on Saundersfoot Harbour has been remanded on unconditional bail.
Tommy Laroche, 18 is also accused of entering the Gower Hotel, Saundersfoot and stealing keys to the building and rooms.
The case was adjourned for pleas on October 20.
