A revised planning application for housing at Bro Dawel, Solva is set to be discussed by members of Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority’s development management committee at their meeting on September 2.

The application site is located at the edge of Upper Solva. The site area relating to this reserved matters application is known as phase 2.

Full planning permission (under planning application reference NP/23/0545/FUL) has been granted for the adjacent area known as phase 1.

The total site area of phases 1 and 2 extends to approximately 4 acres.

This application (reference NP/26/0253/RES) seeks approval of the reserved matters pursuant to outline planning permission for ‘Hybrid planning application for affordable housing exception site consisting of full planning permission (phase 1) for 17 no. social-rented dwellings, reinstatement of junior football pitch and associated works; in addition to outline planning permission (phase 2) for further social-rented dwellings.
