Plans for Lydstep Beach Village are set to be determined at the next meeting of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority’s development management committee meeting.

The application (Reference: NP/25/0156/FUL) is for the installation of 12 bases for the siting of holiday accommodation (which fall under the definition of a caravan) and decking, with associated access, landscaping and infrastructure works at the site located at Lydstep Haven.

Eleven units are proposed within the South of Pine Tree area and one unit within the North of Haven Crest area. The proposal represents a modest infill development within the existing operational holiday park and does not extend the established site boundary into the surrounding countryside.

Subject to formal confirmation from Natural Resources Wales that they agree with the Authority’s Habitats Regulations Assessment, the recommendation is for approval subject to conditions set out.
