Triquetra, the three girl R 'n' B group who are appearing at the Carew Rock concert on Saturday, August 5, in support of the RNLI and the Small Faces All Children's Charity, are visiting the Tenby area today (Friday) and will sing live in the town to promote the concert. The girls Lucy Watkins from Pontypool, Kimberley Walsh, and Lucy Watkins from London (where the band is based) are riding high at the top of the UK urban charts and club charts with 'Superwoman,' their debut single from their album 'The Power Of Three As One'. Triquetra have a reputation for their incredible voices, and during their one-hour act they perform two numbers acapella. The two Lucys and Kimberley will perform their chart hit 'Superwoman' in acapella style in front of Dales Music Shop (Tenby booking office for Carew Rock) at 12 noon. Triquetra will also unveil the Hyundai car that will be raffled at the Carew Rock concert in the mega RNLI raffle. The hot R 'n' B trio have toured the UK and supported some of the biggest names in the music business. Confirmed to perform at Carew Rock at Carew Airfield are: The Jones Gang; Paul Young with Los Pacaminos; The Blims (acoustic rock band from Cardiff); Triquetra (three girl R 'n' B group from London; Fables (contemporary rock band from London); The Fred Herring Band (indigenous reggae rock); Kym Marsh (ex-Hearsay star and Coronation Street star); Everton (freestyle rapper).

EASTENDERS HEARTTHROB to appear at CAREW ROCK

Jack Ryder, the actor who played Jamie Micthell in BBC Television's Eastenders, is confirmed to make an appearance at Carew Rock. Jack became an international teen heart-throb when he played Jamie, a member of the notorious Mitchell family. Millions of teenage girls were glued to the TV screens every week to watch the storylines of Jamie Mitchell unfold. Jack received, and still receives thousands of fan letters from all over the world (not just from the UK) through his role in Eastenders. Jack is now married to Hear'Say and new Coronation Street star Kym Marsh, who is also performing at the Carew Rock concert. Jack has just completed a full-length comedy feature film titled Popcorn where he plays the lead role of Danny opposite Hollyoaks's Jodi Albert. Eastenders and Jack Ryder fans will get their chance at the Carew Rock concert to get photographed with Jack and collect his autograph.
