The following is a copy of a letter to Mr. Steve Moore, chief executive of the Hywel Dda Health Board.

I was admitted to Withybush Hospital for a knee replacement on Friday, December 29, 2017, and discharged on Monday, January 1, 2018.

I would like to thank everyone in the hospital for such a professional stay.

The theatre staff were brilliant, obliging and friendly.

The ward staff were attentive, friendly and could not do enough for you.

In all, I would give Withybush a five star rating. Keep up the good work.
