Average working day: Currently very busy organising and developing various aspects required leading up to the pre-opening of Lamphey Spa. Communicating and liaising with hotel staff, training new spa therapists and offering the best service and advice to our new and current spa members. Exciting and enjoyable working days.

Favourite part of your job: Making things happen, making a difference.

Hobbies: Outdoor activities, walking, cycling, running and yoga.

Family: Supportive family in Hampshire. Welsh partner and family in Pembrokeshire.
