Get ready to be swept away by Saundersfoot Footlights as they present The Sound of Music, one of the world’s most beloved musicals, this month!

The Sound of Music returns to Saundersfoot in this heartwarming amateur production, brought to life by a passionate cast and crew.

Set in Austria on the eve of World War II, this timeless classic tells the inspiring story of Maria, a spirited young woman who leaves the convent to become governess to the seven children of the widowed Captain von Trapp. Through music, love, and perseverance, Maria brings joy back into their lives and helps them find the courage to stand up for what’s right.
