A PEMBROKESHIRE land owner has been ordered to pay £1,899 after being convicted of being in breach of an enforcement notice.
Stephen Hitchcock, of Letterston, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Thursday, September 10.
Between April 15, 2024 and November 25, 2025, being the owner of land situated at St Nicholas, Hitchcock was in breach of an enforcement notice issued on September 18, 2024 in that he failed to take the steps specified in the notice.
On July 23 of this year, Hitchcock had pleaded not guilty, but the verdict delivered on September 10 found him guilty.
The court set a fine of £220 and a surcharge of £88 to fund victim services.
Court costs amounted to £1,591.
