A MILFORD Haven woman has been disqualified from driving for 17 months and will pay out over £1,000 after failing a roadside drugs test.

Amy Harries, of James Street, Hakin, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.

The 42-year-old pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, a Citroen C1, on Waterloo Road, Milford Haven on June 25 when she had 3.5ug/L of Delta-9 THC in her blood, exceeding the drug’s legal limit, plus 50ug/L of Benzoylecgonine.

Taking into account her guilty plea, the court fined Harries £750, and sentenced her to a 17-month driving ban.

Costs to Crown Prosecution Service were £85, plus a surcharge of £300, to fund victim services.
