On Saturday, November 11, I accompanied the Kilgetty Under 10 football team to Milford Haven. Before kick-off, the coaches lined the two teams facing each other and with both teams linking arms, the minute’s silence was observed by all present.

Congratulations must go to the men in charge of both teams. A brilliant lesson in history and values for the youngsters. Well done to all concerned.
