A Narberth man accused of using a mobile phone while driving is to go on trial next month after denying the offence.
Forty-five-year-old Scott Linton Pallas, of Stoneyford Farm, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday to plead not guilty to a charge of driving a Ford Transit van, on the A40 Freeman’s Way, in Haverfordwest, while using a handheld mobile phone, on October 2.
Magistrates set a trial date for Thursday, April 12, at the Haverfordwest court, and Mr. Pallas was released on unconditional bail.
