A Milford man will appear at Swansea Crown Court next month after pleading not guilty to a charge of causing or inciting a girl between the ages of 13 and 15, to engage in sexual activity with him.
Thirty-seven-year-old James Robert Kershaw, of Lower Priory, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, where he denied the charge which is alleged to have occurred on June 29, of last year in Milford Haven.
Due to the serious nature of the case, magistrates sent the matter to be dealt with at Swansea Crown Court, with a hearing to take place on July 28 at 10 am.
