The above photograph shows Tenby United head coach, Gareth Thomas, addressing the first team squad ahead of tomorrow's (Saturday's) local derby with Haverfordwest.

The United have started the season extremely well and are currently heading their division, having won all three league matches.

Gareth said: "Our success is mainly due to two factors - the hard training work carried out during the summer and also the excellent discipline shown by all the players during matches. We have come a long way since our defeat by Haverfordwest in last season's Pembrokeshire Cup Final.

"We are averaging well over 30 points a match, with an exciting attacking philosophy. Our boys are looking forward to Saturday's match and I hope local rugby supporters come to watch us."
