Tenby's Lana enjoys success in hometown Ironman Wales event

Well done to Tenby’s Lana Brace who came third in her age group at this month’s Ironman Wales triathlon.

Lana finished third in her actual age group (not female age group) at the Ironman event in Tenby and its surrounding area on September 3, which in addition, was held in conjunction with the Welsh Triathlon Long Distance championship in which Lana came first in her age group!

Lana who has completed Ironman Wales five times, accepted her awards at the Ironman presentation ceremony held at the De Valance Pavilion.
