THE new dinghy racing: season at Tenby Sailing Club starts on Saturday at 3pm with two practice races. Competitive points races follow, the first one will be in the evening of Tuesday, March 31st.
Junior Training: Vice Commodore and Senior Training Instructor Harrison Richards, has prepared his team for another busy time to encourage youngsters from the age of eight to learn the sailing skills necessary to enjoy the facilities and excellent sailing waters around Tenby.
The weekly training continues until September, when the RYA proficiency certificates gained will be awarded. Registration is on Wednesday, March 25th, and again on Tuesday, March 31st, between 17.30 and 19.30.
On Wednesday, April 1st, the annual lift-in of craft in front of the clubhouse and St Julian’s Church will go ahead.
Drivers in the St Julian Street, Castle Square, and Pennyless Cove areas are reminded to leave clear access for the large crane which is scheduled to arrive at 2.30pm.
Members please note that all benefits will be discontinued, and key fobs will be deactivated if renewals have not been made by April 1st.The Myclubhouse app. can be accessed on-line for members to keep up to date with TSC news, and membership renewals.
