TENBY Dolphins swam at the Amman Valley Open Meet on Sunday, 13 April with many great swims, first times and plenty of personal bests.

The youngsters picked up 14 medals in total with 26 PBs during the meet.

The medal winners were: Olivia D, gold 200m breast, bronze 50 fly; Ffion G, gold 100m fly, gold 100m back; Jess H, silver 100m back, bronze 200m breast; Brooke H, gold 50m back; Madi H, gold 100m IM; Mia P, gold, 200m back, silver 50m back, bronze 100 free, bronze 100m back; Mela W, bronze 200m back, bronze 100m free.

It was the first gala for Phoebe D, Eve G, Penny S and Harper W.

All the volunteers were thanked for helping to to make the gala run smoothly, as were Ann Adams who was the lead referee, Emily Dashfield and Bronwyn Clissold who helped officiate, Lucy Clissold who was poolside, and Elizabeth Clissold for doing all the entries, organising the event and being the poolside coach.
