The youngsters took centre range on Tuesday night at the Dragon Rifle Club when Tenby Air Training Corps were the visitors.

Round one saw the ATC post a very good score with a total 432.2 points and followed up with 452.3 in round two for a match total of 884.5 points.

Their top marksmen were Gareth Folder with 92.2, Mathew Graham 90.1 and Gareth's twin David Folder 90.

The rifle club got a useful lead of 56.1 points in round one, scoring 488.3, and added 494.5 in round two to give them victory by 98.3 points.

Highest scorers for the club were Julie Phillips 96.1, Emyr Davies 95.3 and Ben Morris 93.

In the ATC snap shot, Mathew Graham top scored with 44.1, with Gareth Folder second with 43 and David Folder third with 42.

Top shots for The Dragon Rifle Club's juniors were: 1. Mathew Evans 90.1; 2. Evan Davies 87; 3. Lewis Pussey 86; 4. Vincent Brinton 85 and Rhys Howells 80.
