Last weekend, a team of players, incorporating a mixture of Dyfed League and Super Six players, accompanied our head professional to Thornbury Golf Centre in Bristol to visit past Trefloyne assistant professional, James Maxwell.

The team were treated to a fantastic golf course and welcome on a glorious sunny day in the West Country.

Following a long day's golf on a course new to all, our club captain, Nick Garrod, took the spoils with a fantastic 39 points! In second place was Meurig Evans on 37, followed closely in third by Martin Yates on 36.

The lads would like to thank James and the team at Thornbury for their wonderful hospitality. Everyone is looking forward to returning at the end of the season.
