Students from Karate Union of Wales Clubs in Pembrokeshire attended a grading day last Saturday held under Chief Instructor Shihan Mike O'Brien 8th dan. It was a difficult, but enjoyable grading, with students achieving grades from 9th kyu to 2nd dan.

St Florence Club has gained a new black belt, Ryan McSweeney, while assistant club instructor, Matt McMann, was promoted to 2nd dan black belt.

Well done to all who graded and congratulations on your new grades.

If anyone wants to try karate, go along to St. Florence Village Hall on a Tuesday or Friday at 6 pm.
