St. Clears manager Craig Weston was full of praise for his team after their impressive victory away at the Racecourse against Merlins Bridge.
Given the Saints' form of late, few would have given them a chance of overcoming the Wizards, especially with home advantage, yet they produced one of their finest performances of the season to win 2-1.
Goals by Gareth Griffiths and Sean Seymour Davies wrapped up the win, but they had to endure a late onslaught by the hosts which resulted in man-of-the-match Tom Howells producing a dramatic save in the final seconds to deny the home team a share of the spoils.
Weston said every one of them was outstanding.
"Every player gave 100 per cent and the whole team was outstanding. Both teams had to deal with high winds and both teams had numerous chances, especially in the second half, but we stood firm to bring home the points."
Scott Richards proved to be Angle's hero as his late winner gave his side an unlikely win at in-form Herbrandston.

No games either for Tenby, Pendine or Kilgetty and St. Clears' seconds were also without a fixture.
Second division leaders Carew won their 13th game of the season after a 1-0 victory at home over Fishguard Sports.
James Hinchliffe proved to be the difference between the sides after his goal secured the points.
Meanwhile, Hundleton had a day to forget after going down 6-2 at home to St. Ishmaels.
In stark contrast to their first team, Carew seconds are second from bottom and they played host to second from top Lawrenny. True to form, victory went the way of the visitors after a 3-2 win, while at Cosheston, the Cougars drew 1-1 with Broad Haven after Wayne Boswell scored for the hosts.
Top-of-the-table Lamphey were held to their fourth draw of the season as 11th placed Camrose pushed them all the way thanks to Gavin Thomas's hat-trick.
The game finished 3-3 as Nico Morrison, Josh Dearsley and Daniel Powers all scored for the home team.
Narberth thirds had a tough day at the office against Llangwm seconds who, despite only having 10 men, gave the away side a tough afternoon, especially in defence, where they caused the Bluebirds numerous problems.
They finally overcame the challenge through goals by Carl Jones and Andrew Thomas, with manager John Jolly describing their performance as 'pretty poor'.
"We didn't play the best to be honest," said Jolly. "It was nice to get the win as they made life difficult for us, but we overcame them in the end."
Pembroke Boro went down 2-0 at home to Prendergast Villa seconds, while goals from Matthew Webb, Jason Bridges and Jonathan Harris ensured Saundersfoot Sports' seconds won 3-1 at home to Pennar Robins' thirds
There was heartbreak for Hundleton seconds away at Broad Haven seconds in the first round of the fifth division cup after they lost 4-1 after extra-time.
