Going into the game with equal standings after their first three matches, St. Clears and Narberth would have faced it with nervous trepidation not knowing who would come out on top; as it happened, neither did after the sides had to settle for a 2-2 draw. Both sides endeavoured to play attractive football and spectators certainly had an afternoon of good football with the teams locked at the close. Matthew Price and Jamie Fleig scored for the home side, while Sean Seymour-Davies and Aiden Rainbow netted for the visitors. If last weekend was a bad day at the office for Monkton Swifts, then the weekend just gone was worse after Goodwick United thrashed them 7-0. Angle, meanwhile, were heavily beaten once again as last year's champions Hakin United hammered them 8-1, but at least Chris Richards's consolation gave them something to smile about. Pennar Robins were certainly smiling after they managed to overcome the challenge of Saundersfoot Sports away from home. They beat the Seasiders 5-0, with Ben Steel's double the standout performance alongside goals from Sam Southcott, Dean Scourfield and Adam John. Tenby were held to a draw at home to Johnston as the game finished 2-2. Joe Leahy's fine form continued as he found the back of the net again following last weekend's brace, with Daryl Mansbridge netting the other. James Adie was on fire for Carew again as his solitary strike proved the difference between the home side and Solva, while Tenby seconds enjoyed a goal fest at Johnston after winning 7-0. Hundleton, meanwhile, were involved in an epic battle at Letterston and finally came out on top after a 4-3 win. In division three, Narberth seconds had a fabulous day at Cosheston Cougars after a 5-2 win over the home side. A brace of goals by Jordan Howells followed by scores from Simon Cole, Liam Phillips and Chris Fearson was enough for the Bluebirds to go home with the points, despite Ben Phillips and Josh Dearsley scoring for the hosts. Kilgetty claimed their first win of the season after a 2-1 victory at home over Milford United seconds. In a display that highlighted their lack of confidence, they did just enough to steal a win after Jack Franklin and Josh Lewis both scored. Division leaders Lamphey showed once again why they are the form team in the division after a 6-2 win at Camrose. Billy Davies fired in a hat-trick for the away side, with the other goals coming from Dan Kitts, Ross Fortune and Anthony Webb. Carew seconds went down 4-1 at Merlins Bridge, while Pennar Robins' thirds scraped past Lawrenny, winning 1-0 thanks to Carl John's strike. Pendine had an afternoon to forget after a 5-1 loss at home against Herbrandston seconds. The home side failed to get out of first gear against the rampant visitors after Tom Philpot's hat-trick put the Gulls to the sword. St. Clears' seconds had a better day at home to Manorbier United, however, after a 5-2 win in which the sharp-shooting Simon Bancroft scored a hat-trick. Phil Evans and Louis Snelling also got on the scoresheet, as did Neil Lane and Tom Grover for the visitors. The game between Monkton Swifts' seconds and Milford Athletic reserves was postponed, while Pennar Robins' third team defeated Saundersfoot Sports' seconds 3-0. In a dominant display, Jamie Morgan, Craig Asparassa and Mike Groves all scored for the home team. Meanwhile, at St. Ishmaels, Pembroke Boro beat the home side 3-0 thanks to goals by Mark Evans, James Burn and Andy Martin. Ceri Jones scored four goals for Narberth thirds to help them beat Lawrenny seconds 5-0, with Rhys Jones netting the other, while Kilgetty seconds lost 2-0 at Llangwm reserves. There was a dramatic game at Angle as the home team's seconds entertained Carew thirds. The match finished all-square, with the teams tied 4-4 as Jake Sexton bagged a pair of goals, with Jason Evans and Chris Owen netting the others. For Carew, Sam Harts secured two goals of his own, while Graham Siddel and Liam Marklen also scored. St. Florence lost 5-3 at Fishguard Sports' seconds and Hundleton seconds went down 4-1 at home to Letterston reserves, with Lee Murray scoring their only goal. Better news for Pembroke Boro seconds, however, as they overcame a stiff challenge by Broad Haven, winning 4-3 as Paul Sharp proved to be just that in front of goal with a brace of scores and Dan Williams and Andy Williams helping to secure the points.
