Narberth's batsmen were in the runs again this weekend as Marc Hughes hit his second century of the season to help them to a score of 223-4 at Cresselly
The tall right hander struck and imperious 150 two weeks ago and finished with an unbeaten 135 to his name this time around. Ben Quartermaine was also in form with the bat striking an unbeaten 60 as the two of them put on 118 for the fifth wicket. In total, Hughes struck 10 fours and seven 6s, while Quartermaine hit five boundaries and three maximums in his stay at the crease.

Batting first, the Stags reached 165 all out despite being 98 for 8 at one stage as Rupert Davies took 4-37, yet a partnership of 53 for the ninth wicket between Stephen Vale (40) and Haydn Cole's 45 helped them to the total.
Stackpole found the going tough against Vale (2-40) and Neil Powling (1-11 off 12) and crept towards the total, yet despite Rob Mathias with 38 and Roger Lewis's 36, few of the other batsmen stuck around.
