Tenby athlete Olly Simon came fourth in the Mumbles Duathlon on Saturday.

Olly Simon finished the 5k run, 32k bike and 5k run course in 01:30:44.95.

Olly had been in second position, but unfortunately got a two-minute penalty for crossing the white line in the middle of the road when he got stuck behind a car, which put him in fourth place.

Said Olly afterwards: "It was a perfect day for racing - sunny and a gentle breeze. There was a good atmosphere, with over 200 racing, as there is with every Activity Wales event.

"I was happy with my early season form as I am concentrating on longer distance racing."

This weekend, Olly is competing in the Pembrokeshire Duathlon.
