Galloping to success is this young Greenhill schoolboy.
Jockey Lorcan Williams has spent the season racing the top tracks throughout the UK.
Picking up points from venues such as Goodwood, Cheltenham and Kempton, the 13-year-old's winning ways allowed him to qualify to race in the finals at Kempton Park.
Riding his seven-year-old bay gelding 'Stretcholt Hermes', Lorcan took the silverware to be crowned national champion in the 138cm and under classes.
Apart from the trophy, top professional jockey A. C. McCoy presented a signed riding cap to Lorcan.
Lorcan is the son of Lorna and Chris Williams, of Amroth, and is a member of the South Pembs. Pony Club.
