Well done gentlemen. Things are looking really good at the moment, but we can't afford to be complacent. We must keep the pressure on, as we still have some way to go to the end of the season.
Our ladies also had a successful day on Saturday last in their latest D. J. Trophy game at Bro Myrddin. Winning on one rink and only just losing on the second, they gained six points by winning the game overall.
Well done ladies! Things are looking up this season.
Coming up
There are no games this weekend, but we have Charlie Morse playing in the under 25s development squad tomorrow (Saturday) and Ben Sheldon playing in the first round of the Welsh under 25s singles competition at Newport on Sunday.
On Friday next, December 5, Chris Court, Charles Davies, Steve Reese and John Roberts play in the first round of the Welsh Open singles competition at Llanelli. We wish them every success in their respective games.
Poster for our Christmas Round Robin will be on the board early next week. We regret that we can only have the one game this year, but I'm sure it will be as great a success as always.
Please enter your names as soon as possible as we are limiting the number of players to 32 (eight teams only).
