There was a wet and windy start to the Saturday game for Tenby U8s against Lawrenny.

It was another great game for the boys against a tough team. Some great passes and excellent goals scored, with Tenby taking the win 12-0.

Man of the match went to Carwyn Williams, well done.

Team: Iori O’Rourke, Travis Davies, Oliver Ingham, William Philpotts, Toby Hilling, Blake Ryder, Kyan Smith, George Howells, Ollie Toy, Jaden Graham, Carwyn Williams, Max Howells.

Tenby U13s

Saturday saw the undefeated U13s travel to Merlins Bridge. With the wind against the boys in the first half, it took extra effort and more accurate passing to create the first score, with a goal from Dylan, followed soon after with another from Lewis.

Merlins Bridge took advantage of the wind behind them and a great long-range shot hit the back of Tenby’s net. At half-time the score was 2-1.

With the wind now in their favour, Tenby were able to play more flowing football. Morgan strong on the wing made some powerful runs and with accurate crosses into the box the score increased with goals from Toby, Taine and Dylan.

The Tenby defence remained strong when Merlins Bridge attacked, but a slightly misjudged tackle saw the home side gain a penalty, Kyle almost got his fingers on it, but it brought the score to 5-2.

Strong midfield play created more goals, with lovely passing and strong defensive tackles. More goals from Lewis, Dylan and Cas and a long-range shot from Jack Nicholas left the final score 10-2 at the final whistle.

Another solid performance from the team. Man of the match Lewis Fargin.

Good luck to the boys tomorrow (Saturday) with a West Wales Cup match against Llangyfelach at the Clicketts.

Team: Kyle, Jack N, Jack Nic, TJ, Taine, Iori, Cas, Toby, Morgan, Leon, Dylan, Will and Lewis.

Tenby U15s

The Seasiders faced their seaside opponents Fishguard at the Clicketts last weekend, and with a 100 per cent win recordso far this season, they were keen to keep their proud record going regardless of the opposition.

From the kick-off, it was basically one way traffic. Rhys Mansell in goal was a mere spectator and the defence basically had little to do, but they kept focused.

What was to happen was nothing more than a goal fest. As previously mentioned, this great bunch of talented players can score from anywhere and indeed that was proved with no less than six individual players getting on the sheet.

Scorers were Charlie Gregory 4, Finnan Arthur 2, Iori Humpries 1, Kurt Sarrionandia (pictured) 3, Jack Jones 3, Will Malone 1, Dylan Morgan 1 and two own goals.

With one reply from Fishguard, it made the final score 17-1.

So far this season, it’s 75 scored and only five conceded! That’s after seven matches. Got to be a record, if not it’s an excellent season thus far.

Top Joe’s man of the match was Charlie Gregory.

Next match is home to Camrose.
