Football in the Manderwood Pembrokeshire AFL continued last weekend, with teams up and down the county in action.

In Divison One, Carew made it two wins from two with a 2-0 win away at Fishguard Sports. Sam Christopher scored both goals, as the visitors continued their good start to the season.

Narberth made amends from their disappointing defeat last week with a 4-2 win over Pennar Robins.

Ryan Williams scored his second goal of the season, while Lewis Driscoll, Ben John and Carl Jones got on the scoresheet for the home side.

Saundersfoot Sports conceded four goals for the second consecutive game as they lost 4-0 away to Goodwick United.

In Division Two, Kilgetty continued their good start to the season, after they defeated Milford Sports 2-0. Andrew Evans and Josh Bevan got their first goals of the season.

Lawrenny scored their first goals of the season, but it was only enough to draw 2-2 with Johnston.

Harry Thomas and Tom Cole scored as the home made it two points from two games.

There was a 10-goal thriller in Division Three as Pembroke Dock found themselves on the wrong end of a 6-4 defeat at home to Pendine.

Stuart Slater scored a brace for his side, with fellow teammates Jordan Wright and Jack Beynon getting in on the act.

Elsewhere, Carew II pulled off a fantastic win as they beat Clarbeston Road 9-0.

The game will probably be remembered for a remarkable goalscoring display from Adam Muskett and Morgan Broomhill, who netted four and three goals, respectively.

It certainly made up for Carew II’s opening day defeat.

Moving on to the Division Four, Tenby scored double figures for the second game in a row with a 12-0 win away to St. Clears II.

Narberth II made it four points from six as they drew 2-2 away to Milford United II. Rhys Hughes and Harry Gotham got on the scoresheet for their club

Lastly in Division Five, Carew III made it two consecutive wins with a 6-2 win over Herbrandston II.

Josh Lewis scored four goals, with Ress Davies and Luke Hicks completing the scoring for the home side.

However, there was more disappointment as Pembroke Boro II were thrashed 8-2 by Milford Athletic.

Owen Wallace scored both goals which turned out to be consolations.

Kilgetty II won 5-3 against Saundersfoot Sports II, while it was a bad day at the office for Lawrenny II as they lost 4-2 away to Johnston II.
