Carew Cricket Club held their Annual Cricket Dinner at Charlies in Reynalton on Saturday evening to celebrate one of the most successful seasons in recent history.
The evening was hosted by club president, Gethin Evans, who, after all present had enjoyed a superb meal, congratulated all the players, coaches, groundsmen, officials, scorers and helpers of the club as each team had finished the season top of their respective divisions.
These achievements will see the first team back in the First Division, the second team return to the Second Division and the third team promoted to the Fourth Division.
Gethin then presented bouquets of flowers to scorer Julie Davies and cricket teas organiser, Jenny Griffiths, and thanked them for their commitment and invaluable help throughout the season.
He went on to congratulate Tony Scourfield and Ross Grieve on their respective appointments as president and chairman.
After a hugely successful Annual Dinner, the evening culminated with dancing to music provided by the disco.
