The Dyfed and Welsh Archery Associations recently hosted the inaugural Welsh Festival of Archery at Pembrey Country Park. Club archers from all over Wales came to compete at the inter-county tournament on the Saturday and the Welsh Championships on Sunday at the Cymric Archers shooting field in the park. The weekend was sponsored by many Welsh companies and well catered for by The Sidan Lounge and Ice Cream Parlour and the park management team who were very supportive of the event throughout the many months of planning leading up to the event.
