A MASSIVE dinosaur theme park near Tenby has gone on sale for £4 million - and it comes with 36 rides and 90 dinos.
The Dinosaur Park, located at Gumfreston, near Tenby, was opened by the current owners in 1994.

Despite the park’s year-on-year success, the owners have decided it is the right time to plan for their retirement.
It is available from with Christie and Co with a guide price of £3,999,950.
The park is operating as normal and the owners will continue to run the business and welcome new visitors until it changes hands.
The Dinosaur Park, Tenby celebrated its 30th anniversary last year and continues to enchant visitors of all ages with its unique blend of entertainment and education. In a new study this June it was judged the second-best value-for-money theme park in the UK. The Gumfreston-based park offers day tickets at a low price and features 26 attractions despite having just 12 rides compared to other top-ranking parks.
In August, the attraction announced it had been awarded Tripadvisor’s prestigious Travellers' Choice Award for 2025, placing it among the top 10 per cent of attractions worldwide.
““The feedback we’ve received proves that our commitment to a genuine, family-owned experience resonates deeply with our guests, and we’re incredibly grateful for their continued support,” said Amanda Meyrick, owner. “At the heart of everything we do is our simple yet powerful ethos: creating a safe, welcoming environment where families can spend quality time together, having fun and making lasting memories.”
And to prove that it’s business as usual, between October 23 and November 1, “spooktacular” fun is coming to The Dinosaur Park, Tenby, with Dancing Dino’s Spooktacular Show (daily at 2pm, weather permitting), spooky VR films and pumpkin trail. It’s going to be a roar-some Halloween adventure!
The Dinosaur Park is home to 36 rides and activities, with over 90 dinosaurs. The site also includes a woodland trail and walking safari of the animatronic residents.
Undercover areas include soft and hard play areas, a family fun activity house, a virtual reality activity, café and takeaway eateries, a covered eating area, a reception and gift shop.
The park is situated 2.5 miles from the harbour town of Tenby in South Wales, a tourism hotspot and popular destination of choice for family breaks and days out.
120 acres of additional land surrounding the park are also available by separate negotiation, as well as a three-bedroom bungalow, and the park offers scope for further expansion.
Gabriela Williams, Agent at Christie & Co who is managing the sale process said: “The Dinosaur Park is an outstanding visitor attraction, and this is a unique opportunity to own a very profitable, turn-key leisure business.
“Over the past 30 years the owners have built, grown and developed the park to the successful attraction it is today, and there is still further scope and potential for it to be expanded even further.”
