The Haverfordwest group meeting of the Withybush Pain Support Group was held on Thursday, May 4, at the Withybush Conference Centre, with over 50 members attending. Dr. Wort (hon. president) and Dr. Susmita Oomman gave a talk on the latest information and news from Withybush Pain Clinic. This was followed by Rose Griffiths, who demonstrated helpful exercises for people with limited mobility. Debra Mason, of Keystone Studio, followed with a talk about yoga and pilates services. During the tea/coffee break, Caroline John (chairperson) talked about the group's charity fund-raising effort on May 19 and the upcoming trip to St. Fagans on June 21. This year marks the group's 10th anniversary as a registered charity and the planned celebration will be held on July 5. The next meetings of the group will be held at 2 pm on May 31 at the Fishguard Railway Men's Club, and on June 7 at the Withybush Conference Centre.
