Sir, Irresponsible young drivers are still speeding down Park Road. The council has put in some bollards, which are a nuisance to residents and tradesmen when it comes to loading and unloading. I am not complaining about parking; it is speeding that is the problem and it must be addressed. Where are the traffic calming measures that we were promised?
