Pembrokeshire County Council will he hosting another drop in community engagement ‘Meet the Contractor’ event for the Brynhir housing development in Tenby this week.

To ensure the local community is kept informed and has the opportunity to engage with the project, PCC will be hosting the event at the De Valence Pavilion venue on Upper Frog Street on Thursday, December 11, between 4 and 7pm.

Members of the Housing Services team and Morgan Construction Wales project representatives will be available to provide further information, answer questions, and listen to feedback from residents and stakeholders.

Initial work for the much-antcipated Brynhir housing development in Tenby commenced at the start of November, with completion anticipated by summer 2029.

A new junction and access road is also being constructed.

The first six months of development have been announced and will include - site enabling works, new entrance works including a new highway junction and access road, and upgrades to Narberth Road.

Eight phases are currently planned, allowing for homes to be available sooner.

In total, 125 homes will be constructed by Pembrokeshire County Council at Brynhir.

These homes will range in size and consist of 93 affordable housing (social and intermediate rent), 16 shared ownership, and 16 open market sale.
