LITTLE Wedlock Gallery near Tenby is hosting an unusual and stimulating exhibition over the Easter period. Five artists explore their ideas on Peace and Conflict in a variety of media. 'War Bride' is constructed in chicken wire and bridal veiling. Other exhibits include hangings using pottery and glass, a suspended sphere of hope, knitted handbags, large and small paintings and delicate water colour drawings of the artist's leafy garden. 'Peace Within' has been created by five artists - a wigwam shaped structure in which they have hung photographs, treasured objects and items of personal significance. The artists are: Christine Barnes, Fran Rawlings and Annie Taber from Cardiff, Anna Cheetham from Leicester and Anne Gregson, who works from Little Wedlock Gallery. Anna and Anne have frequently collaborated on exhibitions which focus on peace. The usual display of cards and prints will also be available during this exhibition, which runs from April 10 - 29.
