Twelve TROTs participated in the Ras y Frenni eight-mile race held at Ysgol Preseli, Crymych.
Dewi Jones was second and won the male veteran prize. Malcolm Adams came third, winning the first local male prize. Ann Thomas was ninth and overall female winner and Mary Bowen Rees 12th and first female veteran winner.
TROTs also won the team prize. Positions were as follows: Cyril Walters 11th, Dave Griffiths 16th, Mike Hodges 21st, Tanis Hand 25th, Ron Morgan 26th, Lon Morgan 27th, Tom Furness 28th, Pauline Thomas 29th and Brian Williams 30th.
Last Sunday, the Ammanford 10Km race was held. Ann Thomas was 12th and first female. Cyril Walters was 20th, Dave Griffiths 21st, Lon Morgan 41st, Pauline Thomas 49th and Brian Williams 57th.
