It seems that the sky's the limit for two multi-million pound Tenby developments that are currently progressing in the town.

Two overhead cranes can currently be spotted across the resort's skyline, in place to carry out construction on two separate schemes which are promising the creation of luxury apartments for the town by spring 2012.

One set of works is for the Water's Edge apartment scheme on South Beach (above). Taking place at the former Fountains Café site, this will see the creation of 19 apartments in a development split over two blocks, that will also feature a café/restaurant.

The other scheme is for the Guildhall and neighbouring Glendower House redevelopment (below), situated between the Norton and Croft, which is set to create 20 apartments and one town house.

Although the road along The Norton was temporarily closed for a period at the beginning of the week to allow for the Guildhall development crane to be transported in, the town's Mayor, Clr. Trevor Hallett, said the process was completed quickly with minimum disruption to traffic flow.
