Registration for this year’s Challenge opens at 9 am on March 7 at St. Florence Church, where participants are challenged to prove their green fingers by growing the best crop of potatoes using the buckets and seed potatoes provided.

As well as being a charitable fund-raiser for the church, it will also be an educational challenge to involve children and families.

The event has been sponsored by Birt & Co., Tenby, who have provided the buckets for the challenge, Walter Simon, who has provided the seed potatoes, and Puffin/Blas y Tir, who have donated prizes.
