I write with regard to 'Team Retro Ravers' who are helping fight the 'Big C'.

As part of Cancer Research's unique Relay for Life fund-raising event, they are running in relay all through the night.

Lilian would like to thank all the people of Tenby for their support, with special thanks to Tenby Bowling Club members, the residents of Park Lane Apartments, and all the staff at Lydstep Haven Holiday Village.

A big thank you also to Ian Fowler and his merry men who, not satisfied with giving generously, donated the winnings of their Friday night pool tournament, which has swelled the kitty to £226.

I will let you know the total that our Team Retro Ravers collect at a later date.

What I can tell you is that the money donated will help in the fight to find the answer to this dreadful illness they call cancer.
