May we, through your columns, congratulate Dr. Sian Williams (een above) on her wonderful achievement in the Wales Ironman event and to thank her and all her supporters for the generous sponsorship which raised £750 for the Trust.

We understand that another local charity has also benefitted from the sponsorship for Dr. Williams and in our experience the total amount raised is well in excess of that which is usually achieved and is a tribute to her efforts.

The money will be put to good use in the houses for our young disabled visitors.
