Tenby's tropical scene: As part of an enhancement scheme, currently taking place in the town centre, palm trees have been planted and new pavements laid on the seaward side of High Street, in a bid to create a quality, relaxing, accessible environment, making full use of the space available for pedestrians, improving safety and maintaing a quality setting within which retail opportunities may flourish.
