Pictured are Roy and Carina Broxham ambassadors for Tenby Sea Cadets recently visited the Thiepval Memorial in northern France, where they were able to lay a wreath at the Thiepval Memorial, on behalf of the unit during their recent tour of WW1 Battlefields.

The memorial commemorates more than 72,000 men of British and South African forces who died in the Somme sector before March 20, 1918 and have no known grave, the majority of whom died during the Somme offensive of 1916.

Back home members of Tenby Sea Cadets have been laying Remembrance crosses at the war graves in Tenby cemetery.
