The trip to the West Country eventually ended in Ilfracombe. Due to the mysteries of modern technology, the report from the participants is still wandering around in some electronic world as is the report of last Sunday's racing. More next week.
Passage race
The annual passage race from Pembroke Dock to Tenby will take place tomorrow Saturday, June 7. A large number of yachts are expected to arrive in Tenby during the afternoon after which they well be treated to a Terry Evans BBQ.
Saturday Junior Race Training
Several juniors are benefiting from Mark Dashfield's training session on Saturdays. They start at 1 pm - participating juniors and members please note. Many thanks to Mark for his efforts on Saturdays.
Junior Sail Training
The junior training programme is progressing well. Yet again last Wednesday saw a plethora of youngsters turning up to participate in the great conditions. After a great evening's sailing, all enjoyed the universally acclaimed Terry Evans BBQ. Many thanks to all who contribute to the success of the Wednesday sessions. Adult Come and Try Weekend
This Sunday sees the rescheduled come and try session for adults who are keen to experience the thrills of sailing. Participants are encouraged to congregate at the harbour at 9.30 am.

Wednesdays - sail training; Saturdays - junior race training; Wednesday evenings - junior sail training and points race; Monday, June 16 - jam evening, not to be missed; June 21/22 - Tenby Sailing Club regatta and round Caldey race; June 28th/29 - Welsh Schools Championships at Tenby. This is a very friendly and welcoming club, which endeavours to involve all members in a variety of activities.
