Members of Tenby Round Table recently presented a handsome cheque of £4,000 to their chosen charity Pembrokeshire Friends of Prostate Cymru.

Tablers raised this magnificent amount at their very successful Beer Festival held at the De Valence back in November.

Chairman Dan Cope presented the cheque to Ruth Webb, committee member of Pembrokeshire Friends of Prostate Cymru, who was delighted to receive this extremely generous amount which would aid The Friends’ work in fighting Prostate Cancer, procuring equipment and raising awareness here in the Welsh Principality.

The cheque presentation coincided with one of the most special evenings in the Round Table’s calendar - the handover night and dinner, where outgoing chairman Dan Cope handed over the reins to incoming chairman Ieuan Rowell, with Adam Uka as vice-chairman.
